Hong Kong Quality Migrant Admission Scheme
There are two separate grading systems under which immigration applicants are assessed in Hong Kong. One is the General Points Test and the other is the Achievement Based Points Test. The points scored under each of this tests would help the immigration authorities of Hong Kong decide whether an applicant can qualify for the quota under Quality Migrant Admission Scheme (QMAS)..
The General Points test would assess the applicant’s age, education, work experience, language proficiency, family background and some other factors, with different weightages for each factor. The Achievement Based points would carry points if the applicant has been recognized at national or international level.
